RIP Uncle/On TV again

Hey, It's me again after about a month.

Found out that my uncle (by my father side) died recently in Florida. My memory is kinda hazy about whether or not I met him before. If I did, I was probably like 8 or there about. He died at 81.

The school that I teach at sometime had some international students visiting from 21 different countries. France, Russia, USA, India, South Africa, Finland and Thailand just to name a few. The principal is very international minded. I've never met a principal like this in all my 8 years in Japan.

Takako's friends came to Tokyo today for us to have lunch at the Jamaican restaurant. I heard that since it came on TV, the visitors increased 10-fold.

Had dinner with my former private student and his wife today at a Mexican restaurant in Yokohama name El Torito. Amazing food for cheaper than you would think.

 
Day 3165-3167 (Caught the Cold)
Saturday, November 12-14, 2016

I have been sneezing and coughing for a few days. Eventually took some tablets and the cold slowly faded away. But the cold medication started interfering with my acid reflux (GERD) medication. So my cold went away, but my acid reflux symptoms started resurfacing... sucks.

An earthquake pretty much woke me out of my bed this morning. It was up in Fukushima where the big one happened in 2011. A very small tsunami came ashore but caused no trouble to anyone.
