Day 4 - First Day of Training in Japan
First day of training. It started at 9am and ended at about 5 pm. Met in groups with all the persons going to my branch (Hiroshima). In training they told us about all the expenses associated with owning a car. As well as the apartment system in Japan, where your neighbours may watch how you organise your GARBAGE. Because the garbage truck picks up different types of garbage on different days of the week.
Had some Chinese food at the hotel but it tasted a little different from what I am used to. It had squid.
Went to the mall to have some Mcdonalds with 2 caucasian guys from the US. I was told that most Japanese just see everyone else as "foreigners" and the least thing you do will offend them.
