Day 173 (New Car)
Did my regular 3 classes at my main school today then my company called to tell me that smile service (the company that I got my car from- the name of the company has no bearing on how they make you feel) wants to fix my car for free and lend me another in the interim. The lady that called me from my company was a Japanese lady, and Japanese generally can't pronounce certain letters of the English alphabet very well... Namely: 'L, F and V', because these sounds are not in their alphabet. So the lady called me and said the car company has a car to rent me... so of course I asked, "WHAT??? ... Did you say rent?" .... then she said, "Yes REND" ... And I said "oooh you mean LEND " and she told me yes that's what she meant... Hey, you see with my company, you have to make sure, you get everything correct, or else you may be in problems...
So I drove to the car company and they gave me a nice green 1998 Mazda Demio to drive around until my car get fixed. This car felt much much better than mine and far easier to handle. I am not looking forward to getting back my car for now... After going for the car, I went to Bible study then back home...
